Legem Dance Cooperative is a collective of early career Dance Artists who have come together to maintain and develop each other's artistic practice through non-profit professional-level classes, workshops and residency programs.
As young people entering the dance-sector, we faced a struggle against a rising cost of living and navigating a balance between finding work in our trained art-form and making ends meet in alternative, unfulfilling industries. Our work since October 2024 has offered a haven to many of us, engaging over 60 artists and punctuating the week with a consistent opportunity to dance or make art.

working under open and voluntary participation
